SOAP FINISHING TECHNICIANS
Job holders will be responsible for running specific locations of the soap finishing line. These locations cover Mixer, Plodder, Stamper and Wrapping Machine, the selected team members will be responsible for:
* Optimal running of the specific location within the soap finishing line in a way whereby overall productive is maximised
* Ensuring consistent product quality in line with standards and requirement
* Ensuring minimum waste in materials and machine breakdown
* Consistent compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures
* Operating the line in such a way that the company’s SHE policy is not compromised with maximum efficiency
* Participating actively in all TPM activities
* Carrying out maintenance inspection and executing assigned maintenance activity on schedule
* Effectively coordinating with other members of the soap finishing to optimise productivity, minimise down-time, reduce wastage and deliver fully on safety,
* Health and Environmental parameters [SHE]
REQUIREMENT
To be qualified, candidates must possess a minimum of OND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from recognised university institution with a minimum of 4 years practical experience in soap finishing and or soaps factory maintenance
