Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement strategic sales plan in new technical product markets to achieve business objectives.
  • To develop marketing plans and help to elaborate the business development plans for the company
  • To develop new business opportunities, recommend/implement strategies, with a view to improve client’s perceptions/knowledge of the company in order to generate more business.
  • To review marketing and sales targets for the product lines.
  • To devise appropriate distribution and marketing strategies and plans to cover the entire country.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of First Degree B.Sc second class (hons ) in engineering, humanities, social sciences or management studies.
  • Must be computer literate especially in MS Word, Excel etc. Experience Min of 2 years experience

Accountant

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective accounting system for the group.
  • Ensure effective management of the group’s financial resources.
  • Review bank accounting opening and develop banking relationships.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and final accounts for the group.
  • Have good knowledge of international trading including Form M, LoC.
  • Ability to establish and management projects accounts.

Qualifications
Min First Degree B.Sc second class (Hons) in Accounting.

Experience
Min of 3 years experience.


Admin/HR Personnel

Job Responsibilities

  • To handle personnel and administrative functions for the group with a view to ensuring effective and efficient recruitment process, staff training, career development, staff personal fulfilment, and peaceful industrial relationship between management and staff.
  • Provide promptly management information on Human Resources Environments to meet our business needs and ensure the company reaps maximum benefit and synergy from all relationships.
  • Provide logistics support that will enable group’s human resources utilize their capabilities and maximize their potentials.

Qualifications
Min First Degree B.Sc second class (hons ) in humanities, social sciences or management studies.

Experience
Min of 2 years experience.


Administrative Secretary

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material and answer routine letters.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
  • Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

Qualifications
Min First Degree B.Sc second class sciences or management studies.

Experience
Min of 2 years experience.


Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
  • Perform administrative support tasks such as typing, filing, bid preparations etc
  • Receive and greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Schedule appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers or members of the public.
  • Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.

Qualifications
Min OND with good WASC result

Experience
Min of 2 years experience.
