ACCOUNT MANAGER

Educational Requirements and Work Experience
* At least five years experience as an Account/Customer Manager in the consulting or IT industry
* 5 to 8-years experience participating in the delivery of solutions in business and/or systems analysis, design, development or lead role.
* 5-years experience in project management including supervising and leading project leaders, analysts, business architects and developers.
* 3 to 5-years experience participating in e-business initiatives.
* University Degree in marketing, business or economics, or social sciences
* MBA or graduate degree desired
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Possess a solid understanding of the business value chain, software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management

BUSINESS ANALYST
The Business Analyst position performs the role of defining, gathering, decomposing, managing and maintaining the customer’s business process architecture. S/he provides advisory and research value-added services interfacing with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the general customer community. He/She works with management (relative to specific business areas) to define requirements for various projects and initiatives.
Educational Requirements and Work Experience
* Experience in general accounting, general ledger, asset management, financial systems, financial planning, financial analysis and control
* At least three years experience as a project manager in core or consulting industry.
* 5-8 years experience participating in the delivery of solutions in business and or systems analysis, design, development or in a lead role.

PROJECT MANAGER
This individual possesses a strong background in project management, business solution development, web technologies, development methodologies and leadership.
Candidates must have outstanding communication, team building, strategic thinking, creative and technical skills allow the delivery of initiatives on time as well as budget.
The Project Manager works closely with the client and management to define and manage expectations, control scope, mentor and lead their team, implement methodology and continually enhance processes.
Educational Requirements and Work Experience
* MBA in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
* 3-4 years project management experience in an Information Technology environment
* Project Management certification is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Demonstrable knowledge of the ICT sector particularly knowledge of Software functionalities
* Minimum of a relevant University degree, postgraduate qualification will be a plus

As the first person to have interaction with clients/visitors, the Receptionist holds an important position with the Company.

* A minimum of HND in Secretaryship or other relevant qualification Secondary School
