Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR) an NGO seeks to recruit an Individual for the position of an EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Qualifications, Experience & person Specifications

A good first Degree or its equivalent from a reputable tertiary Institution.
Possession of higher professional degrees and professional qualifications will be a definite advantage
Minimum of eight (8) years cognate experience, two (2) of which should have been spent in a management position
Proven program management experience as it relates to women in developing country context
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Action-oriented, responsible and autonomous, creative and willing to take initiatives and continuously improvement-minded
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills within a multi-organisational context, including discretion, loyalty, diplomacy and tolerance
