Project Director

Qualification / Required Skills

Degree or its equivalent in any of the construction industry professions, especially Quantity surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Registration with the applicable professional body is an advantage.

Ability to schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty, trade contractors.

The ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems.

Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating.

Good oral and written communication skills

Strong leadership and relational skills.
