1. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER [AGM] (Consumer Sales)

Qualifications & Experience

A good first degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 2nd class honours, upper division.

An MBA Degree obtained from a top university will be an advantage.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of added experience in selling ICT and /or FMCG product and services.

A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets and managing a team of field sales persons will be required.


Knowledge, skills and competencies

Acute understanding of consumer behavior and insight

Sales and sales force management

Management of third party vendors

Working knowledge of information and communication technology products

Supply chain and distribution strategy

Subscriber retention and churn management

Advertising and media planning and placement.



2. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER [AGM] (Enterprise Sales)

Qualifications & Experience

A good first degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences and any of the physical sciences with a minimum of 2nd class honours, upper division from a reputable university.

An MBA Degree obtained from a top university will be an advantage.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years selling ICT solutions to the banking and finance, ICT, oil and gas and other Business –to Business prospects will be required.

A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets and managing a team of field sales persons will be required.

Knowledge, skills and competencies

Must have the drive and capacity to meet and beat challenging targets.

Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government representatives and other senior individuals and stakeholder groups.

Delivering results; absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever changing business environment.

Putting customers first; understanding the needs, expectations and requirements of stakeholders.

Communicating for impact, effective communication with senior stakeholder inside and outside of the company.

Making a personal difference strong influencing skills and responsive technical / professional expertise.

Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications.

Strong presentation skills required, including experience in presenting and influencing a senior audience.



3. MARKETING SERVICES OFFICER

Qualifications & Experience

Must be a graduate of Marketing from a top university with at least a 2nd class honours, upper division.

An MBA Degree obtained from a top university will be an advantage.

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years cognate experience obtained in similar position in a top marketing oriented organization is required.

1. LOGISTIC MANAGER

Qualifications

MUST have previous hands on knowledge on fleet and warehouse management.

We are looking for self motivated leader who will achieve excellent delivery of key performance indicators in our logistics department.

This position is based at Onisha.

Age limit 35 years.



2. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

Reporting To: - THE GENERAL MANAGER

Qualifications

A Graduate of computer science or Computer Engineering.

He / She must be excellent in computer appreciation and application [networking, email, website, management, programmes. Etc] and must have a minimum of 2 years IT management of a big distribution company

We are looking for self motivated leader who will achieve excellent delivery of key performance indicators in our logistics department.

This position is based at Onisha.

Age limit 35 years.



3. BRANCH SALES MANAGER

Reporting To: - THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years heads on knowledge of branch sales in an FMCG Distribution company.

Excellent driving experience with current driving license is an advantage..

We are looking for self motivated, creative, dynamic and pragmatic manager who will champion growth in our sales volume with sales team.

Age limit 30 years.



4. BRANCH ACCOUNTANTS

Qualifications

Must be able to demonstrate good knowledge and application in cost controls.

Budget management, profit and loss account, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, working capital, sales day books, etc in a big distribution company.

The position is responsible to the Chief Accountant.

We are looking for Accountants who can lead a terms of Accounting Officers in term of delegation, coordination, control and coaching to achieve excellent delivery of key performance indicators.

Age limit 30 years.



5. VAN SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Reporting To: - THE BRANCH SALES MANAGER

Qualifications

And assigned specified coverage territory to self volume, distribution etc..

Possession of valid Driving license with minimum of 2 years driving and selling experience is an advantage.

Age limit 26 years.



6. SALES SUPERVISORS

Reporting To: - THE BRANCH SALES MANAGER

Qualifications

The person is assigned to manage a sales channel at the Branch office.

Possession of valid Driving license with minimum of 3 years driving and 2 years selling experience or 2 years supervisory is an advantage.

Age limit 30 years.



7. WAREHOUSE OFFICERS

Reporting To: - THE BRANCH MANAGER AND BRANCH SALES MANAGER

Qualifications

Must have at least one year previous hands on knowledge in warehouse management in an FMCG Company [preferably in a big distribution company].

He / She must have the skill to lead the warehouse staff in terms of delegation, coordination, control and coaching to ensure excellent delivery of key performance indicators.

Age limit 30 years.



8. ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Reporting To: - THE BRANCH ACCOUNTANTS

Qualifications

Graduates in momerate courses who can exhibit good accounting knowledge and skills.

They must be ready to learn and make a career in accounting.

Age limit 26 years.



9. MOTORCYCLE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Reporting To: - THE SALES SUPERVISOR

Qualifications

Must be experienced drivers/riders with current valid driving license.

Disciplined ready to learn and make a career in sales.

Minimum qualification is SSCE

Age limit 26 years.



Qualifications

Except for No 9 Vacancy,

Minimum qualifications for all positions above are Bachelors degree and Higher National Diploma in relevant discipline from recognized institution and National Youth Service discharge Certificate.
