Technical Training Manager-Ref: TTM/GPC 02
Job Details
* Responsible for improving the adherence of quality operating procedures through training
* This job requires a lot of time on the shop floor across shift, making practical and sustained improvement to our processes, procedures and personnel.
* He is expected to liaise closely with other relevant personnel to ensure that all aspect of production-planning and control, equipment maintenance and good housekeeping will be improved in line with process and quality control procedures.
* Set up and manage improvement/development programs for all GPC staff.


The ideal candidate must be an individual with a ‘can do attitude’ and hands on approach, a qualified Engineer (Chemical or Mechanical) with minimum of 5 years working experience in related field.
* A good team player with excellent people management skills and firm temperament to manage this change process

The Job:

Qualification:

Experience:

The Person:

• Must have extensive knowledge of safety management policies and procedures. 
• Must be fully conversant with manufacturing safety, health, and environmental issues. 
• Must be medically fit and alert, thorough and firm in dealing with issues
Qualification: 
• HND or B.Sc or equivalent in Engineering with recognized safety certification. 
• Professional membership of relevant professional bodies (added advantage).
Experience: 
• 5 years cognate experience in a reputable manufacturing industry.

AREA COMMERCIAL MANAGER
The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails
• Analyze sales figures/data interpret trends to facilitate planning and forecasting of future sales volumes.
• Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Provide customers with quotations through prompt and accurate cost calculations.
• Analyse the competitive environment to ascertain product performance against competition.
• Organise sales and product training for sales team.
• Manage stock effectively and facilitate debt recovery.
The Person
The right candidate must:
• Possess a relevant degree in any discipline, MBA marketing will be an added advantage.
• Have three to five (3-5) years working experience in a FMCG environment.
• Be willing to travel extensively.
• Be exceptional at relationship Management and business development with extensive customer interaction.
• Have effective written, oral and presentation -skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.


DEPOT SALES SUPERVISOR 
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Support the Regional Commercial Manager in developing sales plan and strategy for effective growth, increased turnover and penetration of products in the market.
• Monitor the implementation of promotional activities in the Depot to ensure maximum return on investments.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails (Key Accounts Management).
• Analyzing sales figures/data, interpreting trends to facilitate planning and forecasting of future sales volumes.
• Effective stock management within Depot and customers to ensure maximum sales
• Conduct market/product research and monthly price audit.
• Facilitate Debt recovery
The Person
The right candidate must:
• Possess an OND in any discipline.
• Have two to three (2-3) years working experience in a FMCG environment.
• Be willing to travel extensively.
• Be exceptional at relationship management and business development with extensive customer interaction.
• Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.
