POSITION: OPERATORS (LEC/COS/O10/03)
This position has the responsibility for monitoring Postilion, schedule SQL tasks, handle card and transaction queries and other applications. Also ensure that the Postilion and other application monitors are always in an “OK’ state. Ensure that scheduled SQL tasks have run and if task fails, inform the system administrator.


PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 2nd Class degree in Engineering, Mathematics or a related qualification. A good working knowledge of Windows 2003, MS SQL 2000/5 Product specialist and EFT (ISO 8583) will be an added advantage.
* Must have a year experience as a Postilion operator.
* Must be disciplined, determined and achievement oriented.



POSITION: NETWORK SYSTEMS ENGINEER (LEC/COS/NSE10/02)
This position reports to the Head of the Information Technology Department and the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring of all network entities, fit cables and connection end-points; ensure that all points of failure on the network are constantly monitored, plan access to various internal systems, install and update latest software versions and ensure data integrity.


PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 2nd Class degree in Engineering, Mathematics or a related qualification. Possession of a Masters degree will be advantageous.
* Must have 2 – 3 years uninterrupted experience in managing high availability networks, incidence management and security integrity assurance.
* Should be familiar with Postilion configuration, possess EFT (ISO 8583) knowledge, have interface knowledge beyond the Postilion interface to network.
* The ideal candidate must be analytical, well organized and focused.



APPLICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (LEC/COS/AA10/01)
This position reports to the Head of the Information Technology Department, the Applications Administrator is responsible for institution’s technical relationship with networks, monitoring Postilion, scheduling SQL tasks, installing and managing EJU and Camera application, testing of disaster recovery procedures, among others.


PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 2nd Class degree in Engineering, Mathematics or a related qualification. Possession of a Masters degree and EFT (ISO 8583) knowledge will be an added advantage.
* Must have 3 years post-qualification experience in managing Postilion.
* Must have bank computer system knowledge, including the Postilion architecture and how the Transaction Manager, interfaces, interchanges and nodes fit together.
* Must know the key Postilion concepts, routing, account profiles, card products, card sets, positive balances, acquirer vs. issuer Sink Nodes, hot cards, cryptography, monitors and fluent in Postilion trouble reporting, tracing, and event logging.
* Must be versatile and able to work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications & Skills
